Your SEAP (Solution Escalation Action Plan) is client-prioritized and offers you
the opportunity to identify appropriate contacts for notification and
escalation and specific instructions on how you would like us to handle support
incidents in the event that there is an issue with your solution. It further
allows you to define what services you would like us to monitor and what
actions to take when a service fails.
A complete, regularly reviewed and updated SEAP can serve as an excellent
blueprint for our support team to follow in order to ensure that any issues are
addressed in accordance with your expectations.
