Data Centers - Somerset, New Jersey Facility
Responding to the demand for highly secure, fully redundant data center facilities, DataPipe opened its Somerset, New Jersey data center facility in 2007. This facility is SAS 70 Type II certified. Strategically located 46 miles southwest of New York City and five miles from Rutgers University's New Brunswick campus in central New Jersey, this purpose built data center features a state-of-the-art network, power and environmental infrastructure.
Specially trained, highly experienced system and network engineering staff actively manage and maintain the facility 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year. This is one of the first commercially available facilities in the world with a three factor security access requirement.
