Expert support engineers are onsite 24/7 providing hands-on support for your colocated infrastructure. Our facilities are manned 24/7/365 with audited security personnel. All visitors are required to pass through multiple levels of security and be escorted at all times. Badge/Photo ID and biometric access screening provides an additional level of security. Sensitive security areas within each data center are protected by motion sensors and security breach alarms.
