DataPipe's managed services include application management, database administration and performance tuning, hardware provisioning, service management and monitoring, network and security management, server and operating system management, hosted messaging services, business continuity and disaster recovery, network connectivity, enablement of software as a service to the independent software vendor community, remote infrastructure management, storage management and data center migration; and colocation services consisting of physical space in a data center, environmental controls, primary power with back-up power generation, and multiple network connectivity options.
We provide a range of professional services including consulting, planning and implementation for applications, business continuity, PCI DSS compliance, security analysis and assessment, standards compliance, and systems architecture and evaluation.
Our comprehensive security services include proactive firewall, IPS, VPN, and intrusion detection management; and vulnerability scanning and assessment, patch management, and PCI DSS compliance services.
DataPipe has more than 1500 customers in six data centers and eight business office locations in the United States, the United Kingdom, and China. DataPipe's current executive leadership team, including founder and CEO Robb Allen, has been in place since 1999. In 2008, DataPipe received an equity investment from Goldman Sachs who is an active advisor to the company and on the Board of Directors.
